- You will need to bring your printed ticket with you to gain admittance OR display it on your phone.
- The ticket is ONLY valid for the number and type of admissions stated on the ticket and entering at the same time on the DATE AND TIME INDICATED ON THE TICKET.
- Bookings are non-refundable and date and timeslots cannot be changed.
- Bookings are not transferable
- Please arrive on time for your booked time slot - visitors arriving late to their slot may lose their entry time if their lateness affects visitors in the next timed slot.
- Please be mindful that strict timekeeping is required to allow for safe social distancing between our visitors throughout the day.
- Only the FIRST ticket validation will allow admission.
- DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HERITAGE PARK: Please note that dogs are NOT allowed in the Heritage Park, as some animals are roaming free and may become distressed (dogs on a lead are allowed in the amenity park - separate to the Heritage Park)
