Cancellation policy
• 100% Refund if Paddle and Sea have to cancel the activity due to poor weather conditions or for operational reasons.
• If a tour is cancelled by us, Paddle and Sea will work with you to reschedule your paddle if possible.
• 90% Refund if you cancel booking 90 days or more before activity, 10% Admin fee.
• 75% Refund if you cancel booking 7 days before the activity
• 50% Refund if you cancel booking between 24 and 48 hours before the activity
• 0% Refund if you cancel booking less than 24 hours before the activity
